The Donovan Clubhouse_2021
Lincoln, NE. With 10k Architecture.
This project was a renovation of a dated and underutilized apartment clubhouse. The program includes leasing offices, community kitchen, gathering and study spaces, a tenant pool, a package room, and a fitness space. The new space provides a bright and inviting first impression for new tenants.
My role on this project was a team member on the design team through early design proposal, schematic design, design development, and construction drawing phases.
