This project was a mixed-use affordable housing development built from and on the ashes of the Wells Fargo branch destroyed in the civil unrest in the wake of the murder of George Floyd in 2020. The project includes 110 affordable units, ranging from studio units to 4-bedroom units, as well as 5 commercial condo units featuring Wells Fargo and locally BIPOC-owned businesses. The development also includes basement parking and a public art plaza. My role in the project was primarily from permit submission prep all the way through construction completion as the architect in construction management.
