This project is a side-by-side housing cooperative on an urban infill lot in North Minneapolis. In cooperation with Black Lives for Uniterian Universalism and Housing in Action (formally Urban Homeworks), this project is an effort to create affordable paths to home ownership for families that may not have the opportunity otherwise. Each of the 3 homes include 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths across 3 floors and a finished basement.
My role on this project was a team member on the design team from design development through construction administration.
